returns/Refunds

We keep it very simple at Alarf.

EVERY package that goes out has a return label included in it. You should be able to re- use the package that your goods came in if you need to return it for whatever reason.

Those reasons may be:

  • wrong size (for which we will swap it for you as best as we can)

  • defects

  • you’re not 100% satisfied with the product

However, we ask of you in return:

  • that you contact us WITHIN 30 DAYS at tom@havealarfnz.com to let us know why you’re returning your garment and what we can do to rectify it. Be it choosing another item, going down a size, up a size etc, or simply refunding your money. We will refund you/ send the replacement back to you once we receive your package.

  • If you return your item and it seems like the garment has been used, we do withhold the right to be able to reject your refund. However, being the good sort that you are, we know you’re an honest soul, and so are we, so we will certainly do everything we can to ensure the best possible outcome for you.
